Rp77 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by rp77, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect immediately from the moment you first access the platform, including prior to any formal registration.

If you disagree with any part of this document, you are required to discontinue use of the rp77 platform and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms is considered acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy of ours, all of which together form the complete agreement between you and rp77.

To use the rp77 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the date of registration.
• Be an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list issued by any relevant authority.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Do not use this platform for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Rp77 reserves the right at any time to request proof of age and identity from any user. If a user is unable to verify their eligibility, the account will be suspended until verification is completed or permanently terminated.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at rp77 at all times. Owning multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another person's name, or fabricated information — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of all fund balances.

During registration, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is true, accurate, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and payment details. rp77 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.

• Your account password must be strong and must not be shared with any party.
• Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their account.
• Rp77 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other channel.
• Any suspected unauthorised account access must be reported to the support team immediately.

Rp77 accepts deposits via multiple local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and domestic bank transfers. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for most payment methods. rp77 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond the platform's control.

• Deposited funds may only be used for entertainment purposes within the rp77 platform.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.
• Rp77 does not accept cash deposits, cheques, or international transfers.

Withdrawals can be made via the same payment method used during deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected method and security verification requirements.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete the Identity Verification (KYC) process by uploading a copy of a valid identification document. This is a standard security measure that protects both users and the platform from misuse.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered under the same user's name.
• Rp77 reserves the right to request additional documents for large withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an active bonus that has not yet met its wagering requirements.
• Disputed funds will be frozen until the investigation is concluded.

Rp77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has specific terms that must be read and understood before being claimed.

In general, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (wagering requirement) between 10x to 35x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type. This means you must wager a specified amount before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.

• Bonuses are valid for one claim per user only, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.

Game results generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed. For sports betting, results are based on official outcomes announced by the relevant sports authority. rp77 is not responsible for any delays or errors in result reporting by third parties.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, except under circumstances specifically stated.
• Rp77 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a significant technical disruption.

• The use of bots, automation software, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Rp77 platform users are required to conduct themselves with courtesy and responsibility at all times. This includes interactions with live dealers, other players, and the platform's support team. Offensive language, threats, or any form of harassment are strictly prohibited.

• Sharing your account information or password with any other party is strictly prohibited.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activities is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
• Spreading false information about the platform to other users is strictly prohibited.

• Report any suspicious activity to customer support immediately.
• Ensure that your device is free from malware.

Rp77 is committed to protecting the privacy of every user. All personal data collected during registration and use of the platform is handled in accordance with Privacy Policy of ours that adheres to strict data protection principles.

Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Data is only shared with service providers that assist us in operating the platform — such as payment providers and identity verification services — and only to the extent necessary for those purposes.

• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• You have the right to request correction of inaccurate data.
• Some data may be retained for a specified period for legal compliance purposes.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the rp77 support team. Prior to closure, any valid remaining balance will be returned once all conditions are met and there are no outstanding issues.

Rp77 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

If your account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation, any valid remaining balance will be returned within 5–10 business days.

It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version of the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
